any treatment recommended please?

: Common approaches could include meds to prevent strokes which depends upon underlying risk factors.  Would also check cardiac risk.  See neurologist

Likely need glasses: At age 42, it is likely you are getting eye strain from the need for glasses for near work.  See an eye doctor.

i'm having trouble understanding what people say to me even though i heard them, can't concentrate, and reading makes me dizzy. do i have an illness?

Can't concentrate: and dizzy.  Please see your doc to rule out medical conditions.  You MAY have an Central Auditory Processing problem.  CAP can be treated w/neurofeedback if necessary.  Visual issue may also be the cause.  An eye doc will help w/that.  Several possibilities and professional help will help you.  Peace and good health.

i had mnire attack 3 wks ago. still mild dizziness with certain movements and reading ipad. normal? the attack was bad vertigo, but now this.

Vertigo: Although you have a specific type of vertigo.  It is possible you can develop a benign positional vertigo on top of it. 
Treatment traditionally has included taking Meclizine, but seeing a provider that can perform an Epley Maneuver.

i've been having problems with my bp being low but just recently i got several diastolic readings in the 40's systolic not so low i'm very dizzy. ?

Low BP: One cause of low blood pressure is dehydration, so make sure that you are drinking healthy fluids.

hubby did not eat for entire day and felt dizzy, etc. n/f sugar was 52. ate and was fine in 10 min. random readings good. can this be a 1 time thing?

Best to eat ...: 69 y/o says Hubby did not eat for entire day &amp; felt dizzy, etc. N/F sugar was 52. Ate and was fine in 10 min. Random readings good. Can this be a 1 time thing? Could be only one time if he stops going all  day without eating &amp; possibly drinking fluids. The chances for recurrence are higher if he goes without food. Best to eat regular meals  x 3 daily.

Abnormal: Your drop in diastolic BP is abnormal - it should rise with standing. Your pulse should rise by around 10 - yours is excessive. The 2 most likely contributing factors are your blood pressure medicines and ?Dehydration. If you're on a diuretic, it should be reconsidered.

my blood pressure usually remains 110/60. i just checked it and it was 97/56. is this a normal reading? no dizziness, just a little tired.

Not exactly: Anything less than 100 systolic is considered technically hypotension, but if you have no symptoms it is of little concern.  It is certainly better than hypertension.  I don't think your blood pressure is the source of your tiredness.
