It is possible: If you chew too frequently, it's possible to develop TMJ(temporomandibular joint) dysfunction syndrome, which can be associated with the sensation of dizziness.  If you are worried about this, avoid chewing gum for the next week or two and see if your symptoms resolve.  If they don't or in the meanwhile get worse, I would encourage you to see your doctor. ive been using tabacco for years. lately smoking is causing me to get extremely dizzy, for years i hardly felt the effects. chew does not cause this.

Smoking MANY years?: Really, MANY years?  And you&#x27;re only 17?  That&#x27;s impressive but you&#x27;re really playing with fire...or in this case, TOBACCO of dangerous proportions.  The symptoms you&#x27;re describing may have something to do with the smoking or may not. If the dizziness comes on consistently immediately after or shortly after lighting up &amp; clears when you stop then, it&#x27;s the tobacco. You need to see a doctor.

It has nicotine,drug: If something makes you dizzy, it probably has a effect on your brain. If you don't like that happening, don't smoke. That is not good for you. You can guess that it either kills brain cells, and/or drugs you and/or suffocates you by eliminating normal respiration. I can think of no good effects from smoking.

Yes, it can: It appears you may have an infection, which is also taxing your immune system. Not eating right and not sleeping well can also cause your symptoms. TMJ syndrome? : The temporal mandubilar joint can be inflammed and irritated producing a sensation of what you are describing.  Other potential causes can be an irritation to the mastoid bone or mastoiditis.  Have your primary take a look if it has not self resolved.  Antinflammatories like Ibuprofen can help with symptoms.

Dislocated jaw: It sounds like you have a dislocated jaw and the muscles that move and support your jaw movement are causing problems.  I would go to your dentist and see if he/she can help you or find someone who can first determine why your jaw is dislocated and then address how to correct the cause.  Use a splint first (reversible) before you attempt irreversible corrections.  Good luck.

i have adult ear tubes, placed 11/4/19. i constantly experience loud rubber snapping/drumming sounds when i chew, walk, burp, or sneeze.  also i hear my heartbeat loudly in my ears frequently, as well as pain, discomfort, itching & dizziness?

Dislodged?: Sounds like at least one tube has dislodged, and is no longer effective resulting in your symptoms. While you may benefit from a decongestant, see you ENT for a review to check the placement of your tubes.

Sleep study: The first step after completing a sleep questioner and sleep diary followed by  a sleep study ( polysomnography ) if this does not tell you what is going on often a MSLT test is done to exclude narcolepsy.
