Cervicocranial synd: You should be eval for any neck causes such as arthritis triggering a muscle-contraction tension headache.  If you are having vertigo see your ear doctor.

Congestion: Sounds like sinus congestion.  Allergies in the US are bad this time of the year, and I suspect in the Philippines they are bad too.  You may have some sinus congestion causing your issues.  Try and Over the counter decongestant and if not better see the Dr. best wishes.

muscle tightness in head while at work that causes some dizziness. i'm a programmer. i have anxiety and some tight muscles in my back too?

You know the answer!: 1.  Sleep more
2. Make sure you have an ergonomically correct work station (computer/keypad setup for example.)
3.  Relieve tension with warm packs to neck and otc tylenol (acetaminophen) - safe unless allergy - and read the bottle.
4.  Reducing tension in neck will reduce tension headaches. 
5.  If bad headaches (i.E worst headache of life or thunderclap headache then go to  er immediately.
5. Discuss with pcp.

Vertigo: constant vertgo is a sign of central or brain pathology and not peripheral or vestibular problem. It looks like you had previous head trauma which may be related and would benefit from evaluation by neurologist.

Complex headache: If you are truly having a persistent tendency to fall to the left with your headache, this is a specific abnormal neurological symptom and you need a full evaluation. This is not a feature of common headaches like muscle tension, and would be very rare even for migraine headache. Don't try any specific treatment until the cause of the headache is determined.

See a neurologist: You may have migraines with vertigo ( vertebro basilar migraines ) if your symptoms are intermittent.

See doc: Many different things possible from dehydration to migraine to meningitis and everything in between. Please see a primary care doc soon. If u can't get in and symptoms persist or get worse then ER would be appropriate.

lately i've been getting pains in my right eye, tightness in my eyebrow, headaches on the right side of my head, and dizziness during prolonged movement or twisting head motions. it's been occuring for a small bit over a month?

: Vertigo caused or aggravated by head motions are characteristic of an inner ear disorder. Eye pains and unilateral headache may be a migraine equivalent, but I recommend an evaluation by an ophthalmologist &amp; if no glaucoma or eye pathology, then a consultation by a neurologist is indicated. The positional dizziness and headaches will be addressed.

i've got pression on top of the head,forehead and jaw tightness,dizziness and feeling unbalanced,light spots in my eyes sometimes.
ct and mri normal.

Migraine?: It could be a migraine headache. Perhaps a Neurology consult would shed some light on the problem.
