Need risk review.: Hypokinesis means that the muscle mass in the heart is less active than expected. Now is it really an issue or is it just by chance.

Low blood supply to heart can be one of the reason, besides this sometimes low metabolic states and depression can lead to hypokinesis. You need to see a cardiologist who will discuss your risk profile and then see what is the possibility and suggest further.

Hypokinesis / HF: The heart is divided in multiple segments. Ex. Anterior, Posterior, Lateral, etc Your segments can by hypokinetic, dyskinetic, akinetic. 
If a segment is hypokinetic it does not contact fully. Akinetic, does not move. So this info I assume comes from echocardiogram report. Global Hypokinesis means every segment in your heart contracts less. = Heart Failure

Viral cardiomyopathy: viral cardiomyopathy can get better then worse with reactivation of the virus, renewal of fever, etc.  Plus pregnancy increases your blood volume and right now you might have a lower blood pressure as you near the 2nd trimester.  You will likely need many echo's and you'll be at risk of A-fib, which will make your symptoms worsen rapidly.  Probably a good idea to call your OB and cardiologist.

In this particular case the LAD is likely large with a "wrap around" to the apical inferior region.  A cardiac catheterization would be recommended to visualize the coronary arteries followed by possible stenting if the area is "viable" and not scarred

C below: Cardiomyopathy by itself would be rare to cause pain symptoms as you describe. Unless the cardiomyopathy is related to an autoimmune disorder, in this case, other symtpoms can ensue if the pericardium or pleura are affected.
