Hello. : Hello. I can't tell you the cause of your erectile dysfunction. This can be a side effect of many medications. I recommend that you review your full list of medications plus vitamins, over the counter meds and supplements with your pharmacist or your doctor to see if any one of these medications or your medications in combination could be the source of erectile dysfunction. If that is not a cause, your doctor can medically investigate further. Take care.

Probably not: A 'mini stroke' is stroke symptoms that last less than 24 hours and then resolves.   Also stroke symptoms usually have motor or sensation changes and one sided body symptoms.  Many things can cause confusion and changes in mentation - you really should see your doctor for a workup.

Stroke,swallow: A difficult issue that needs much detail regarding the   site/type of brain injury ;will need a trained speech therapist to help re train deglutition; meantime airway protection is vital to safeguard against aspiration pneumonia risk ,a feed tube may be necessary ;consult with local neurology services.

While it's uncommon: to have isolated "time blindness," it certainly can happen, as it did with you.  A primitive part of the brain, the thalamus, acts as a relay station for our thoughts, emotions &amp; memory.  Damage to a specific part of the thalamus can result in an inability to sense the passage of time. The technical term is "chronotaraxis.."  A neurologist may be able to help you find ways to adapt. Likely: He may well have another stroke and i feel he should be examined by a physician asap and the necessary testing will be done.

i suspect it is a side effect of clopidogrel, which i have been on since 21 july 2017, -  prescribed for mild stroke - problem to cease taking them? cilazapril & artovastatin

Has implications : Could be a side effect however need to think carefully about alternatives as withdrawing this medication may increase recurrent stroke risk.  Worth a discussion with your gp to sort out as this will also help make sure that no other medical reasons for your diarrhoea .  All the best
