Many possibilities: Facial pain could be due to dental or jaw issues, and sinus problems could be considered. Trigeminal neuralgia might be present, and temporal or giant cell arteritis can cause pain over the temples. Would suggest you have first a dental evaluation, and if this is non-productive, maybe seek a neurological consultation.
