Unclear: The exblate system uses MRI guided ultrasonic therapy to treat fibroids. To date, about 6500 women have undergone this procedure. It is not yet considered standard therapy. We look forward to new data to help us understand success rates and the ideal patient for this type of treatment.

where can i find a chart of different fibroid sizes?

Size doesn't matter: Fibroids are usually measured on ultrasound in centimeters. They can be tiny (like a pea) or big as a melon. What matters is if they are causing any symptoms (exs. heavy menstruals, pain) which may require treatment. When fibroids get big and cause the uterus to enlarge, the uterus can be measured based on a similar size pregnancy (ex. up to the belly button is equivalent to a 16wk size pregnancy)

just got diagnosed with a small anterior fibroid, i've been told i have to go back for some type of endometrius test. what is that?

Unsure.: I would have your doctor clarify why he/she is doing the testing.  Fibroids in general don't require additional testing other than periodic observation with repeat ultrasound. 
  If you were diagnosed on exam then your doctor may be having you follow up with an ultrasound

No: Ultrasound or MRI should be done to evaluate someone who has symptoms or physical findings consistent with uterine fibroids.  If they are stable and have benign radiologic appearance, malignancy has around 1% likelihood or less.

Multiple fibroids : Can be removed rather easily with one surgery but a lot depends on the location. A pelvic ultrasound or MRI can inform the gynecologist of the best surgical plan.  There are many approaches (laparoscopy or open) that can be tried depening on the on the location and skill of the surgeon.

Hard to do: Well - that is hard to do - as pre menopausal women produce estrogen and that is what fibroids need to grow.
So hence as for what to eat to prevent fibroids- you might decrease foods that have estrogen like properties -  so foods such as black cohosh, yams, and soy have estrogen like properties.

Fibroids: A fibroid which is posterior on the fundus and on a stalk ("pedunculated") may rest on the sacral area of the spine and cause some discomfort ( as back pain).  Laparoscopic surgery can remove the fibroid easily if this is a problem.  The simple existence of a fibroid of this size , without significant symptoms is unnecessary for surgery.

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

One: A uterine fibroid is a benign, or non cancerous tumor that forms inside the uterus. Usually fibroids do not cause any pain or problems at all.  If they become large and symptomatic because of this they can be surgically managed by your gynecologist.

good day, i consulted different gynaes and was advised i need to get fibroids removed. i just want to know the know available methods that can be performed for the removal because they said, its a normal operation just like when i give birth.

"Fibroid ?'s": Fibroid surgery can be done by major surgery (open abdomen) or laparoscopic surgery (easier recovery but not all fibroids may be removed this way) or by embolic therapy, which stops the blood supply to fibroid tumors.  Unless the fibroids are causing steady bleeding or pain, or infertility, get a second opinion to confirm the need for this kind of treatment.
