Can't tell.: No way to tell from the info.  If there is truly blood then IBD must be a consideration, but plenty of people with IBS have blood related to constipation or hemorrhoids or another common cause.  Best to see your doc for an exam.  The real test is some sort of endoscopy with a direct look at the inside of your intestine and consideration of biopsy.

Many conditions may result in such symptoms and detailed meds and supplements review, good history, specifically around the time your symptoms started, focused exam and elaborating a proper differential diagnosis will be critical.

: Beyond the negative aspects of "sitting too long" regarding exercise and potential decreased venous return to the heart, which can cause blood clotting in lower extremities, "sitting too long" also compresses the sciatic nerve and can cause resultant pain.  Blood in the stool is a different problem, and should be evaluated by a GI physician as soon as possible.
