i've been tested for covid, had 2 shots, been to hematologist, all fine, could it be that i need diaphragm stimulation, i can breathe in but more effort to push air out?

: You may wish to consult a lung specialist, a pulmonologist. There is not standard therapy for diaphragm stimulation.

feeling of pressure/tenderness under right rib cage closer to diaphragm. notice it more when sitting down, like something is pushing against the ribs?

Gall bladder?: Pain under the right ribs is usually gall bladder or liver.  Does eating seem to worsen the pain at all?  Certain types of foods make it worse?  Any reason to suspect enlarged liver such as obesity or heavy alcohol use?  I would see your doctor for a check on this

right under my heart its tight. i feel likes its my esophagus pushing down on my diaphragm. its felt this way for a couple of months now. even if i dont eat. what could it be? i dont have acid reflux as much anymore and im 17 active girl?

: The esophagus does not push down on the diaphragm. You are best off seeing your MD or a GI doc and let them diagnose the cause, for without exam and testing no diagnosis can be made. In the meantime try small meals several times a day, avoid spices and try deep breathing excescizes. You are young and with proper care will be fine.

i don't inhale deeply when empty stomach and i inhale deeply after eating meals. is full stomach pushing against diaphragm and it damages diaphragm?

No: Stomach pressing on diaphragm when full, is normal. It shouldn't damage the diaphragm. However, in obese people and those with preexisting lung diseases, full stomach may cause shortness of breath depending on severity.

er md said i have gas pockets pushing on diaphragm which might be causing upper chest pain.recommended me to drink prune juice . what else can i do to get rid of gas pockets if prune juice doesnt work . how long does prune juice take to work ?

: Prunes/prune juice can be a helpful addition to maintain regularity and prevent constipation. Start with 2 prunes/ 4 oz prune juice in the morning and increase the amount daily until you have a soft stool. If watery stool, reduce the dosage. It can take 1-5 days. Muliple possibilitie: There is a rather large differential diagnosis to the combination of symptoms and findings you have described. I would discuss these with the physician who ordered the CT scan.

Before intercourse: Use contraceptive jelly inside the diaphragm and around the rim. Place it before intercourse and leave it in until 6 hours after. Use more jelly in the vagina if you get inspired and have intercourse again but don't remove it to refresh the jelly. Take it out in the morning if you fall asleep.
