Before intercourse: Use contraceptive jelly inside the diaphragm and around the rim. Place it before intercourse and leave it in until 6 hours after. Use more jelly in the vagina if you get inspired and have intercourse again but don't remove it to refresh the jelly. Take it out in the morning if you fall asleep.
