found 2 thin foot long white string in stool. looks like dental floss or thin white noodle. is this a worm? what kind? is it from my cat?

Possibly a tapeworm: Intestinal worms are surprisingly common but seldom diagnosed. It sounds like you might have a tapeworm, which can be many feet long but come out in pieces.

Choking: Try drinking a glass of water to wash down any irritant.  It would be extraordinary to inhale dental floss.

: If there are any aymy, including respiratory, GI or gagging, please see the Emergency room. If your child is otherwise well, please see your PCP soon  Do not attempt to induce vomiting.

Absurd: Orthognathic surgery is required in certain circumstances to correct skeletal deformities. Dental floss cannot straighten teeth. If you have a malocclusion, find a well trained and competent orthodontist for a consultation and treatment options.

i usually have bleeding gums, everytime i brush my teeth. even when i use dental floss, it always happen. what does it mean? thank you

Inflamed gums: Even if you brush and floss properly, it's not uncommon to miss spots here and there over time.  Calculus, which is hard, builds up and causes the gums to become inflamed which in turn leads to bleeding gums. There are other possible causes such as certain medical conditions, food impaction, etc. See your dentist for a thorough exam, x-rays and cleaning.

i have an inflamed one inch at the tip of my left index finger. i had a crack in the skin near the nail and when using dental floss the crack got deep?

: I would tend to agree with your ER physician: if you aspirated a foreign object you would be coughing up a storm. Your concern about the perfluorohexane sulfonic acid (PFHxS) is valid, yet your were chewing on tight wad of the floss to begin with, exposing you to the chemical nonetheless.
