Unlikely: This is most frequently asymptomatic there is a unique type of chest pain that might corelate bandlike atinferior border ofctipbofcscspula wrapping around left side to fromt everything else dosent correlate with these findings this should be back pain that wraps to front or nothing most likely an asymptomatic incidental finding not a convincing evidence of a pain generator  in my opinion.
