Well, you need to: Have been pregnant first for that too happen.  Abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding with exercise is not normal ; needs to be medically evaluated. Medical assessment will help to determine the cause for you symptoms. Take care.

Pinched nerve: Sounds like you might have a pinched nerve in your
neck or carpal tunnel syndrome
Perhaps you should see your ortho md and try to
localize the source of the numbness?

is it ok to work out if you have sinus drainage and coughing up some mucous?  no fever, no pain, feel a little run down but not dead.  need exercise!

Yes: We use the neck rule. If all symptoms are above the neck and in the absence of fever or significant fatigue, you may exercise. If a chest cough or shortness of breath, then continue to rest. Gradual return to exercise is the key. Hydrate well!

i am unfit and overweight. i am a 28 year old female. i weigh 14.5 stone. 5ft 6in. i want to get better. but even casual walking can make my heart go up to 125 bpm. i'm scared if i exercise i'll drop dead. how can i get fit and healthy safely?

: Is there any way you can qualify for physical therapy? They could start you off with exercises you are able to do and then gradually build up as you tolerate. And, they could give you exercises to do at home that you definitely tolerate. There is also cardiac and pulmonary rehab. Your doctor would be able to set you up with one of these, most likely, as a way to start an exercise program safely.

irritable pink/redness round the eyes (mostly eyelids).  worse after exercise/sweating.  also after alcohol they get much worse.  causes dry/dead skin?

Stop the alcohol: You may be allergic to something that is touching your eyelids (new nail polish, perfume, makeup) if your family or you has a history of hayfever, asthma, allergies or ezcema-it could be ezcema. You need to see a dermatologist. Until then stop all makeup, nailpolish, perfume. An otc jydrocortisone ointment 1% may help till then.

Not sure: Are you actively grieving a loss? If you believe that a dead friend is truly right in front of you - it might merit medical assessment. However, it is not uncommon to think we see a glimpse of a departed loved one. Take care.

About dropping dead: A typical cause is a heart arrhythmia or a brain attack (stroke). Otherwise, teens and young adults die suddenly in several ways. Teach teens to always think ahead wisely. That requires good, balanced parenting. Young people die by sudden impact, as in car crashes, falling from high places, etc. There is also sudden impact with a bullet. Teens or young adults added to guns are a bad combination.

Ultrasound/doppler: Those 2 modalities could detect the babies heart beat and tell for sure.  Also if u could feel the baby already u could count the number of kicks or movement and tell how active the baby is

Serious: I strongly suggest a full physicial and neurological evluation- not sure what "sometimes" means, however, do NOT ignore these symptoms!
