Still Controversial: John, I'm still not completely through the book, but the premise is one that I am beginning to agree with--namely that carbohydrates are the "root of all evil."  Keep in mind that this assertion is still very controversial, and you will find some doctors who agree with it and some who do not--which is true of almost any new idea amongst doctors. See a Dr: Any unbearable pain which has been going on for years requires a thorough exam by a Dr. Causes for the pain you have described vary from benign (improper posture, poor lifting technique, overuse) to serious ( herniated cervical disc, dislocated rib, heart problem, compression fracture) A Dr will examine you and may order tests and imaging to determine the cause and treatment for this problem.

is mogan david red wine just as good as any other red wine for lowering cholesterol?

???: Red wine is not really going to lower cholesterol. There are much treatments.
First: avoid cholesterol containing food
Second: check with your doc what the level is and discuss statins.

Grain Brain: Grain brain contains some life changing ideas.  Whether you adopt all the suggestions depends on your clinical status.  Staying off wheat is probably a good idea for most of us -- other grains like amaranth, quinoa, etc are better.  If you&#x27;re Insulin resistant at all, you might need to be careful of very sweet fruits that increase your blood sugar.  Berries, apples, etc are less a problem.

had bumps on penis head and itchy last year. used creams and it went away i thought. no its back and when i pee it burns. i have not had an inter course with anyone. what can i do to remedy? thanks david?

Yes: Conception should have been about 5 weeks and 3 days before the ultrasound - that works out to July 15 (plus or minus 3 or 4 days).

Get OB/GYN Sono: Only obstetrical ultrasound would tell for sure.

i played golf  last thursday. yesterday we learnt one player in our 4 ball who left feeling ill after about 2 hours has covid. all contact was in the open and we did not share a cart. i have no symptoms. should i go for a covid test?

COVID 19: No masks?  No social distancing?  Being outdoors is a good thing but not 100% protective. Recommend quarantining. I believe  that in general that one needs to have symptoms to get testing for COVID 19 approved in South Africa.

Both contribute: The projected height of a female is the average of moms height+ dads height less 5 inches. Both contribute genetic material that influence the final height. Health, diet and activities also contribute to or detract from growth.

i am rh- and after my miscarriage i did not recieve the rhogam shot, will i ever be able to carry a baby to term?

Sure: But your pregnancy needs monitered very carefully and be prepared if an incompatibility shows itself.
