Need more info: Thorns, particularly rose thorns may transmit a rare form of infection, but what you are describing sounds like you may have had minor bleeding with secondary discoloration around the wound.  If it does not swell up, become red and tender, or develop soft tissue nodules spreading upwards, do not worry.

good evening, my husband has these big lumps in a ring and scattered smaller ones on the one hand.it is not itchy and does not look red,darker colour.he has had it for a couple of weeks.he us 52yrs old.what can it be?

i have been using hand sanitizer and all of a sudden i have discoloration around where my ring sits and the palm of my hands lines are turning dark brown. what could this be caused from?

Timing: Suggests an effect of the hand sanitizer in the form of possible inflammation that resulted in skin discoloration. Other conditions causing the discoloration cannot be ruled out. Best would be to use water and soap and not use the sanitizer that typically has a drying effect on the skin. If your hand changes persist, seeing your GP will be advisable.

24 hours ago i notice my ring finger had darker brown discoloration. it runs from knuckle to knuckle and irregular in the sides. it is only on the top of my hand and does not wrap around to my palm. i have no moles in that area, no pain, no swelling.

Brown discoloration : Do you have any other discolorations? Do you have any history of hormone imbalances, endocrine issues, Addisons, dermatomyositis? Are you a smoker? What is your diet like? Consult with us to determine if you need further evaluation.

Not sure: Can't say I have heard of this type of problem.  If water is cold it may trigger a spasm of the artery which can give your hand a mottled appearence.  This can happen with exposure to cold and warming them in water can help.  Need better description of symptoms to provide better advice.

Ulnar nerve: Ulnar nerve supplies these 2 fingers. It is most often affected actually at the elbow. Rarely the nerve can be compressed at the wrist. Even more rarely, a thoracic outlet problem may cause these symptoms. Try not leaning on your elbow & avoid flexing your elbow at acute angles or for prolonged periods. If this works, the problem likely resides at elbow, common & benign.

Any numbness, blood vessel or thoracic outlet issues?
Sounds like ulnar nerve, but data and EMG needed.

Not TN: This is likely a ulnar nerve injury and may be related to prolonged pressure or another injury.  You should have this evaluated by a neurologist as the longer you have it the less likely any treatable causes will help you recover function.

both of my wrists hurt, more so when i am picking up anything heavier than a 1 gal milk jug, my pinky and ring fingers feel like they are asleep ?

Neuropathy: Likely nerve impingement. With your description it could be either a Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex irritation, ulnar nerve impingement and in rare cases it could be onset of rheumatoid arthritis but usually there is swelling.
