Neoplasm is possible: When one "freckle" is darker than the others, it may be suggestive of a possible melanoma and needs to be investigated and probably biopsied to be sure it is not neoplastic.  
Dermatologists will usually perform this kind of evaluation.

Probably not: Color of BM is almost always due to the type of food consumed. Meat meals, bismuth containing medications or consuming beets can make stools very dark, while those containing dairy or curry can be quite yellow. Consistently black tarry stools can be a sign of gastrointestinal bleeding. The 50/50 just means two foods of different types mixed in colon. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

when i look at white and bright letters on a screen i see double of them, but when i look at darker things such as black letters i see one. do bright things cause you to see two of them sometimes?

: This can occur with irregular astigmatism from ill shaped cornea in one or both eyes. An ophthalmologist would be best to evaluate and advise you about your vision,corneal status and treatment options.

should i seek medical attention if every 3-5 days i have what is like sand in my urine? this has happened for the last 2 weeks it is dark in color and ranges in size but in one go, i'll have say 20+ sand like residue in my urine?

why do i have palinopsia only in a dark room with lights? so im using my phone at night with the lights off then i quickly move my phone i would see blur trailing that would last around one second. i dont notice any form of palinopsia in the morning?

: The post does NOT describe palinopsia but instead a photic visual after-image, akin to a flashbulb event.

Very close veins.: This is one of those situations that is best treated with a direct eyes on and hands on evaluation. A medical history as well as history of onset are essential. Have your general practitioner have the first look. If symptoms should escalate, then skip waiting for your G.P. and try urgent care.

Depends on cycle: If your cycles are regular and monthly, you can't implant near the time of your period. Implantation usually occurs a few days after mid-cycle (usually ~2 weeks before menses). If you miss your period, you can check then. If your cycles are irregular, a blod test will be more accurate. Check with your obgyn

i have quarter size dots all over my lower back from one side to the other . the outer rim of the dots are dark purple while inside its white. ?

Best guess is fungus: Skin  fungus infections such as  "ringworm"  present  as  you  describe.  Consider obtaining  an OTC fungicide--ask  your  pharmacist--and  treating  half of the  lesions, say on  the  right side, and  then compare  effect  over  the  next  ten days.  Alternatively see a  physician  or  consult a Healthtap physician  with photographs  showing the  extent as well as  several  close ups for  detail.
