See doctor: Your appendix could burst and cause peritonitis see a doctor. An appendicitis is nothing to trifle with. Be safe than sorry.

Yes: Aside from the fact colitis can re-emerge causing trouble with inflammation, absorption and obstruction, those with colitis, especially ulcerative colitis or crohn's disease, have a higher rate of GI cancers. You should be followed regularly by a GI specialist and screened for these issues.

Hope this helps: Depending on the rythm the heart rate can have more issues than others. If you are on fentanyl I would make the assumption you have pain. If such is the case then you probably have Sinus Tachycardia. Normal response heart rate. If not, and your rythm is Atrial Fibrillation for example with a CHADS2 score &gt;2 you might need anticoagulation. So it depends on the picture if the HR is "dangerous" or no

Options : There are lots of treatment options for heavy periods. For women who are not done having periods birth control pills work well. Mirena (levonorgestrel) iuds can decrease bleeding significantly. There is a nonhormonal medication called Lysteda that works great. For those done with childbearing endometrial ablations are good options.

Dr. or ER can check: Everybody should pee at least once a day. If a school-aged child hasn't urinated in 24 hours, her doctor or the ER can evaluate. Usually, the problem is a lack of fluids, and the solution is fluid replenishment either orally or by IV. Typically, a few hours of IV fluids solves the pee problem. Of course, some kids are much sicker and end up hospitalized. But first, a medical exam should be done.

after my doctor made me feel like a drug seeker today, i've taken my fentanyl patch off and am no longer taking my other meds. is this dangerous?

Stopping: These meds cold could give you a rough ride.  I would talk to your doctor or if you are not comfortable with him find another doctor to help you wean off the meds.   The higher doses and the longer you were on the meds. All lead to a more severe withdraw.   Nausea, vomiting , abd pain, anxiety etc just to name a few symptoms.  But explain what you want to do. And wean off slowly.

why is my period so heavy can't leave my tampon in longer 45-60 min and have to wear a pad. its never been this bad and is there anything to help.

A few ideas: Endometriosis can cause this type of bleeding, as can a syndrome called vonwillebrand's.  Thyroid problems and being too heavy or thin can cause abnormal amounts of bleeding too.  Ibuprofen can help wtih bleeding, consider taking 600mg.  You should see a doctor though for evaluation.  Good luck!
