A few ideas: Endometriosis can cause this type of bleeding, as can a syndrome called vonwillebrand's. Thyroid problems and being too heavy or thin can cause abnormal amounts of bleeding too. Ibuprofen can help wtih bleeding, consider taking 600mg. You should see a doctor though for evaluation. Good luck!
