There is no evidence: D aspartane is a natural Amino Acid supplement used to boost the production of testosterone in males and is used for that.There is no evidence that it increases pvcs.But if you have history of cardiovascular disease and are taking other cardiac meds check with your cardiologist if you should take this supplement to increase your testosterone level or your medical doctor if you need a boost in test.

Aspartate: has been shown to increase free testosterone levels although there is no evidence of any effect on sex drive in normal males, either positive or negative. That may be because if your testosterone level is in the normal range, any increase may not be noticeable. If your testosterone is not in the normal range, there are more direct ways to raise it than by using aspartate.

The herbs : And Amino Acids are a waste of money. You don't know what's in them or what it's supposed to do to help you. If your t level is low, it needs a medical evaluation. Keep lean and avoid anabolics, tobacco, alcohol, and other toxins, plus certain medication. Finally, there are no "natural" antiestrogens, and you would need them if there were any. Don't listen to friends, tv or the internet.

: A young healthy person needs no supplements if on a healthy diet and leading a normal life. Supplements are unregulated and some even dont have what they claim to have. Yes taking extra testosterone can be hazardous to your health. Pl dont fall for spurious claims. Eat healthy and stay well.

It really depends on the clinical situation and other symptoms you may be having. At you age it is unlikely to be of a serious nature but if concerned discuss with your doctor.

In your case, kidney function is negatively influenced over time by gout, so i would not do anything to worsen that

Folic acid dose: Women who are planning on conceiving should take 1mg (1000 mcg) of Folic Acid for the duration of their pregnancy to prevent neural tube defects.  In high risk cases 4mg may be recommended during the first trimester.
