Don't do that.: I don't take or recommend supplements of any kind unless there is a documented medical need. At the very least, you are requiring your liver and kidneys to process a substance that you already have plenty of, possibly overloading or impairing the function of those vital organs. In your case, kidney function is negatively influenced over time by gout, so i would not do anything to worsen that
