Many possibilities: A unicameral bone cyst (called a simple bone cyst), is a fluid-filled cavity in the bone, lined by compressed fibrous tissue. It usually occurs in the long bones of a growing child, especially the humerus or femur, but also other bones. Yes more than likely: 1.2 cm is 12 mm.  The right lobe can be broken down into posterior (segments 6 and 7) and anterior (segments 5 and 8) sectors and inferior (segments 5 and 6) and superior  (segments 7 and 8) sectors.  So by the description of your scans, you have a liver cyst measuring 1.2 cm (about half an inch) in segment 6.  Very common finding, usually without symptoms.  Get ultrasound once a year.

Need Evaluation: If it is a cyst confirmed by sonogram , seen by a a doctor        ( preferably a surgeon or urologist  ) then You can observe or take it out. All testicular masses need physician evaluation to make sure is not testicular tumor. Testicular tumors are curable in early stages.

: Yes, it may resolve spontaneously but not always.

No: It's unlikely that the cyst is preventing you from losing weight... But at that size it definitely could be increasing the 'size' of your abdomen, meaning, that you could look a lot fuller in the abdomen than you truly are.  At 15 cm did your gynecologist offer to remove it? If causing you pain or discomfort, you may want to consider.  Or if preventing you from exercise and losing the weight?

RARELY: RARELY sebaceous cysts go away on their own.They  can be small for years  and never cause  a problem or they often ge tinfected then they need  to be treated  and drained  or removed

Several options...: Intra-articular cysts associated with the ACL can be treated with a variety of options. It the finding is incidental and asymptomatic, no treatment is necessary. If symptomatic, medications and physical therapy or an injection can be helpful. If symptoms persist or recur, arthroscopic cyst excision is also an option.
