How can you tell if you have a testicular cyst to be concerned about? i feel a fairly small lump in the front of my teste. not attached to the teste

Need Evaluation: If it is a cyst confirmed by sonogram , seen by a a doctor ( preferably a surgeon or urologist ) then You can observe or take it out. All testicular masses need physician evaluation to make sure is not testicular tumor. Testicular tumors are curable in early stages.
