Dermatologist: Consult your physician or dermatologist for evaluation and advice. Multiple benign fatty tumors are a possibility, although I have not seen so many on a patient. Neurofibromatosis is another uncommon possibility.

: Dimpling can be an early sign of a cancerous lesion.  Have you had a mammogram?  Generally the process for managing breast lesions starts with your gynecologist and you should initiate this consultation.  Breast cancer treatment is one of the great success stories but early diagnosis improves the outcome.  So have this evaluated without delay.
