MIC: This number is called the minimum inhibitory concentration (or mic).  It means the lowest concentration of antibiotic that inhibits the growth of the organism.  In general, the lower the mic, the more sensitive the organism is to the antibiotic.  There are other factors that go into choosing an antibiotic however, so choosing the antibiotic with the lowest mic is not always best.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, the data you provided does not seem to add up, e.g, there is no antibiotic called mycin.

Consider these other concerns: Any temperature, achiness of body, do you bring up phlegm-is it colored? If you repond positivilly to one or more of these symptoms contact your PCP for appointment and medication.

Insect bite: If the area bitten by the insect has increasing inflammation, redness, pain, it is best to consult your doctor or go to the nearest clinic to find out if there is cellulitis.

Go back to doc!: You do not say why you are taking the antibiotics!  But if your symptoms are returning, you need to be re-checked.

Congestion: Sounds like upper respiratory congestion likely from some type of allergic rhinitis. I would recommend a trying the following: antihistamine and or flonase (nasal steroid).  You can try afrin or neosynephrine for starters, but only for 3 days. Frequent use of nasal saline would help.
