Congestion: Sounds like upper respiratory congestion likely from some type of allergic rhinitis. I would recommend a trying the following: antihistamine and or flonase (nasal steroid). You can try afrin or neosynephrine for starters, but only for 3 days. Frequent use of nasal saline would help.
