recently had a ct scan, there was an abnormal result in my ultrasound on right kidney. what does symmetric renal enhancement bilaterally mean in ct?

It means: the kidneys enhance with the injected contrast in a normal fashion(they enhance equally)

i had a ct scan 10 years ago due to headaches. it came back abnormal. it said a focal, well circumscribed area of low density is identified within the region of corpus. i did an mri after that and the results were normal. should i be worried?

MRI more sensitive.: The results of a brain MRI are more conclusive than the results of a CT scan, so if the MRI reading was correct, then you would have little to worry about.

had sputum cytology test come back with atypical results, but not cancerous,  i just has a ct scan and all clear as well.  what could this be?

Need more info: Sputum cytology has low reliability for accuracy. We need to know if you are a smoker and also why did you have your sputum cytology done in the first place? The fact that your ct chest is ok, reassures me that you do not have any obvious reason to have abnormal cytology.Yet you should remain under the supervision of your pulmonologist.

abnormal results and they wanted me to get a chest ct scan. i haven't had the ct done yet, but they said my white blood cell was low. is this normal, should i be concerned?

Slight: Low counts may be normal, more profound levels may be of concern. If that's the case, should see hematologist. Good luck!

Ct: Your doctor might not have the results yet.  Call your doctor and ask about your results and if they have them yet.

Varies: It is variable depending upon the practice model.  Usually the scan is interpreted within 24 hours.  Sometimes the interpretation is delayed if they are trying to obtain prior studies for comparison, or if they need an expert second opinion for a particularly complex case.  If the report is mailed to the referring doc, there may be a delay.  2 weeks seems too much..maybe call your doc to follow-up

See a pulmonologist: The findings on ct may be mild or extensive and emphysematous changes can also be seen with environmental exposures (dusts, etc.), second hand smoke exposure, genetic predisposition, rheumatologic diseases, etc. How important the changes are depends on symptoms and lung function tests.

Lymph nodes: are normal anatomic structures.  If the nodes identified on your CT are normal in size/shape(that's what it sounds like), they are likely of no concern.

Normal: I can  only address a sinus or mastoid cat scan. But when a radiologist states unremarkable, that means he or she can not detect any pathology.  Incidental bilateral is too non-specific in you question, but usually means a variant of normal.  Let us know what the anatomical area visualized is and what incidental bilateral means.
