A member asked:

I had a ct scan 10 years ago due to headaches. it came back abnormal. it said a focal, well circumscribed area of low density is identified within the region of corpus. i did an mri after that and the results were normal. should i be worried?

MRI more sensitive.: The results of a brain MRI are more conclusive than the results of a CT scan, so if the MRI reading was correct, then you would have little to worry about. However, if you happen to have copies of the studies on a CD, you can request a secondary review by initiating a private consult here on HealthTap.
