Or impetigo: Yellow crusty sores in the nasal area are usually impetigo (bacterial skin infection) - but if the sore is always in the exact same spot, and starts with painful blisters, it could be herpes simplex. There are treatments for both, so you should see your doctor or a dermatologist the next time it happens, get it cultured, and find out which it is.

can sinusitis cause a bloody sore nose? my nose is very dry and crusty but keeps bleeding and not healing

NO: Sinusitis alone does not cause a bloody nose! Its DRYNESS ...YOU NEED HUMIDIFICATION in your bedroom at night and going into your bathroom running HOT water in shower until the room STEAMS UP!!!(2X/day)
Do this for 7-10 days and the dryness, crustiness and bleeding from that crust will stop!!!!
If not  See an allergist!

Consult ENT: If you have a crusty sore, it is likely from an infection which can probably be treated with topical antibiotic. Another condition is from vasomotor rhinitis and sinusitis needs be ruled out.  If the discharge is unilateral and you had sustained a head trauma prior , will need to check for CNS fluid leak. It is unlikely an autoimmune problem. See ENT

An early upper respiratory infection.: This sounds like an early upper respiratory infection. To treat this gargle with some warm salt water, put 1 teaspoon of salt in a large glass of warm water and gargle with this. For the nose saline nasal spray that you can buy over-the-counter can be used three or four times a day no other treatment is necessary.

Sore from congestion: ?  Neti pots can 
reduce nasal congestion. Mix ¼ tsp salt w 1 cup lukewarm water. More salt can also be used. Place solution in neti pot. Tilt head ; pour solution into 1 nostril. Blow nose lightly ; spit out any liquid that drains into throat. Repeat on other side. This can be done in the evening before you go to bed ; again in A.M. You can watch a video online to get the finer details down.

i had my sphenoids out when i was a teen but iv been had problem with nose very sence, my nose is so sore i can't touch it, what can i use?

Nasal Pain: It is very difficult to diagnose your problem without examining your nose.  Your nasal pain could be due to chronic sinusitis or possible obstructing nasal polyps, causing facial pain and pressure.   I would suggest following up with a board certified otolaryngologist (ENT) to further evaluate your complaints.  Good luck!
