Nasal Pain: It is very difficult to diagnose your problem without examining your nose. Your nasal pain could be due to chronic sinusitis or possible obstructing nasal polyps, causing facial pain and pressure. I would suggest following up with a board certified otolaryngologist (ENT) to further evaluate your complaints. Good luck!
