No such thing: There is no such thing as a "boil cream", at least none that would help the problem. If you found a product advertised for that purpose, don't waste your money. If you think you have an abscess (boil) near the anus (or anywhere else), don't screw around:  see a doctor soon. Good luck!!

Recurrent boils: Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is a bacterium that causes infections in different parts of the body. The symptoms of MRSA depend on where you're infected. Most often, it causes mild infections on the skin, like sores or boils. But it can also cause more serious skin infections  All skin infections may not be MRSA. A proper evaluation by your doctor is warranted.

Creams may not help: A boil is a collection of pus under the skin. Most of the time, they either come to a head and drain all by themselves, or a doctor needs to lance it (a procedure called I&amp;D, or Incision and Drainage) for it to go away. Sometimes if there's lots of redness and pain around it you also need antibiotic pills. This is especially important if you have a fever. Please see a doctor as soon as you can.

Folliculitis: The follicles are inflames most likely the waxing can allow for secondary infections to occur so if yo get warm hot tender or develop a fever go to your doctor. Supportive care is warm soaks possibly adding some topical antibiotics like neosporin but not the the entire back at one time. As i said if things get worse you may need oral antibiotics

Hidradenitis?: It sounds like you might have hidradenitis suppurativa, a chronic inflammatory condition that typically involves the armpits or groin. It's not primarily an infection, so antibiotic ointments or pills usually don't help very much. Discuss it with your doctor. If s/he is unfamiliar with HA, see a dermatologist. Good luck!

Siloderm mixi : This cream should not be used on your new born child . Its use can cause deafness among other severe symptoms. If child does indeed have boils he should be in the hospital receiving i.V antibiotics. See your doctor immediately for help.

Have you been: checked for diabetes.  Diabetics often get frequent boils and infections.
