Folliculitis: The follicles are inflames most likely the waxing can allow for secondary infections to occur so if yo get warm hot tender or develop a fever go to your doctor. Supportive care is warm soaks possibly adding some topical antibiotics like neosporin but not the the entire back at one time. As i said if things get worse you may need oral antibiotics
