Hidradenitis?: It sounds like you might have hidradenitis suppurativa, a chronic inflammatory condition that typically involves the armpits or groin. It's not primarily an infection, so antibiotic ointments or pills usually don't help very much. Discuss it with your doctor. If s/he is unfamiliar with HA, see a dermatologist. Good luck!
