Consider musculoskel: With two negative ultrasound and a negative workup, please highly consider adding a musculoskeletal reason to your list. Heat, physical therapy, manipulation, and revisit the topic with your primary with a broader view if possible.

Ankle pain: Not enough info. Could be anything from gout to sprain or muscle tear. Needs exam and more info.

Cramp: Cramps are often associated with electrolyte disturbances. Increase potassium and magnesium in diet You can take extra magnesium 400 to 800mg.

DVT: Hi, if your ultrasound is negative then it's very unlikely to have blood clot in leg, most likely you have some sort of muscle tiredness and cramping due to overuse, trauma due to exercise, dehydration, electrolyte imbalance but most likely reason would be overuse of the muscles in leg.

STRETCH!!!: Stretch and hold with a towel or splint, water and time.  If you have a companion get them to massage your legs where the cramp is.  Hydration isKey. Drink water before bed and throughout the day. Also, can be caused by a lack of electrolytes most commonly potassium and calcium. Eat a banana after dinner or some watermelon (fantastic potassium sources). Also calcium supplement.
