STRETCH!!!: Stretch and hold with a towel or splint, water and time. If you have a companion get them to massage your legs where the cramp is. Hydration isKey. Drink water before bed and throughout the day. Also, can be caused by a lack of electrolytes most commonly potassium and calcium. Eat a banana after dinner or some watermelon (fantastic potassium sources). Also calcium supplement.

Many: can try potassium or magnesium. stretching. need to get to the source. is it vascular,related to electrolytes or non specific cause?
