Probably not: If the baby (fetal pole) measures 7 weeks and there is no heartbeat seen, it is a miscarriage. The times when we aren't sure are if the fetal pole can't be clearly seen or if the dates are less than 6+ weeks. At that point, we might need to repeat the us in a week to be sure. Even if a miscarriage is diagnosed, you can take the time you need before doing anything about it like a d & c.

Genetics: Unless there is a problem with the uterus itself, almost always the pregnancy is genetically abnormal. That has been known for a very long time. Some women even at a young age can have that problem. It takes advanced fertility therapy to diagnosis and fix that problem. Although there are some other possibilities likely blood clotting disorders for instance, genetics is the most common explanation.

Depends on symptoms: In general if you are not bleeding or having significant cramps its very likely you are going to have a normal pregnancy.  However, there are no guarantees.  Having said that, i would relax and enjoy being pregnant.  Take your prenatal vitamins and start regular OB care.

50/50: At this point i would say your chances are about 50/50.  A vaginal sonogram at 6 weeks and 4 days can usually see a heartbeat; but if your dates are off a little, it could be too early.  As long as you aren't having a lot of pain or heavy bleeding, waiting a week  and rechecking the sonogram is probably best.

Common: Only about 80% of pregnancies advance to the second trimester and beyond.  A first trimester loss is common; however, an ultrasound will confirm how far along into the pregnancy you really are.

Not Likely: If any ultrasound can not find the sac and find a heartbeat by 8 weeks, it is  unlikely that this a normal pregnancy . :(

Depends: Hi! Is this your first pregnancy? If  you have had a miscarriage in the past then you may be at risk... However if this is  your first pregnancy and your OB/GYN says you are doing well, then you will most likely do well :) Unfortunately a miscarriage can happen at any point in pregnancy. I do believe that exercising will help with your overall well-being. So does yoga and meditation.

HCG levels are..: ...Dropping showing a pregnancy which is not viable.  Make sure you do not have a tubal pregnancy.

Pregnancy: With a fetal heart rate at 6 weeks the chances of miscarriage are reduced significantly: to around 3 to 5%.  Factors which increase the risk of miscarriage include prior obstetric history (like if the patient has had recurrent miscarriage), any systemic medical illnesses. And advanced maternal age.  Good prenatal care is important to improve the chances of a successful pregnnacy.
