Better Vision:): The first few days after surgery may be somewhat blurred, however, some patient see better immediately.  Best vision may require a spectacle rx, depending on the type of implant you were a candidate for, and which one you selected.  You should experience no pain.  Make sure you use your drops as prescribed and do not rub the eye or lift heavy objects immediately.

Depends: Typically yes. However, if you were given the lens called crystalens to replace the cataract, then some surgeons would not want you to read without using readers for up to one month to let this lens stabilize.

A couple of days: Unlike older types of eye surgery, modern cataract surgery does not set limitations on activities such as flying. Altitude changes do not adversely affect the healing after the procedure. More importantly, keep your scheduled post-operative appointments and if you do need to fly soon after surgery, make sure you will be near an area where there is an ophthalmologist, just to be safe.

Yes: Yes.  As long as the patient is otherwise a good laser candidate, a patient may have laser vision correction after cataract surgery.
