Symptoms of aneurysm: It is doubtful that your symptoms are related to an aneurysm.  Aneurysm generally do not cause any pain or symptoms.  It is more likely related to a cervical spine issue or a pinched nerve than an aneurysm.

Maybe ...: Where is your pain?  If its a headache it is more likely that you are just aware that internal body pressure changes cause headaches, but its possible that the aneurysm is causing headache.  Talk to your neurologist.

You are lucky: for under going successful treatment , those untreated ones will have disastrous out comes . Once vessel is occluded ( thrombosed ) will not allow the coil displaced , don't worry , but you need close follow up by your doctor .Good Luck

No: Coughing up blood is never normal. Could be from bronchitis, or from more serious issues, like cancer. If it is streaks, it's not as acutely serious as coughing up liquid or globs, or bright red blood. Coughing up blood is a medical emergency. Call your doc now for advice, or go to er.

It cannot: Coughing hard cannot cause an brain aneurysm. Headache from aneurysmal rupture will be the worst headache of your life. Violent coughing can cause arterial dissection of the carotid or vertebral arteries that can cause headache or neck pain. If you have a primary care physician, get checked up because you need to be worked up and on medications such as blood thinners if you have this.
