No: Coughing up blood is never normal. Could be from bronchitis, or from more serious issues, like cancer. If it is streaks, it's not as acutely serious as coughing up liquid or globs, or bright red blood. Coughing up blood is a medical emergency. Call your doc now for advice, or go to er.

Unusual : See doc. May be tracheal irritation from tube for anesthesia, but needs to be evaluated to be sure it has not exposed some other pulmonary item. May need ct to r/ o lesion or pulmonary embolism.
