Aneurysm: Unlikely, but possible. Statistic are meaningless when it comes to an individual patient. Just wait and see the results of your imaging studies. Good luck.

Extremely rare: The incidence of rupture of an undiagnosed intracranial aneurysm is 1 in 10, 000 (souce: national institute of neurologic disease).
