Correlate blood test: Increased cortical echogenicity with mild corticomedullary differentiation,  usually means medical renal disease. Kft probably means kidney function tests. These are blood tests such as serum creatinine, bun, and GFR (glomerular filtration rate).

i had 2 uss 6 weeks ago by two different drs at 2 different hospitals. scan 1 says multiple internal echoes in bladder & kidneys appear normal. scan 2 (3 days later) says bladder normal both kidneys loss of corticomedullary diff. could one be wrong?

: Ultrasound is very much technical dependence. Radiologists only read what they see but the doctor who ordered the ultrasound has to correlate the findings with your clinical condition, i.e. history, physical exam and lab results.

: Urine is composed of various waste products of metabolism. When left overnight I would expect various salts of urate to form which may be seen as a cloudy change. With normal test results I see this as all normal. Discuss it with your doctor. I cannot see any reason to worry about the information posted.

RA in child is JIA: Ra pattern in a child is one of the jia patterns of systemic inflammatory poly arthritis. Age makes it jia. Jra term has been changed to jia - juvenile idiopathic poly arthritis to encompass the many patterns that can occur. Jia can occur through age 15, most commonly ages 7 to 12.

Clinical appearance: Bacterial pneumonia could be life threatening especially in elderly population, but majority of the time, infection is below the vocal cord and in the interstitiium, causing fever and cough and crackles in examination but not severe enough to be treated by IV antibiotics, therefore, could be treated with PO medications and patients could take it as out patient, hence walking.
