Dry Nose: If the dentist used anesthesia and the mask was used over the nose, then you may have dried the mucosal lining of the nose.  Dry nasal lining, especially in winter can lead to nose bleeds.

After obtaining a complete history and physical exam, your doctor may refer you to an oral surgeon, order tests, and/or refer you to a neurologist.  Antibiotics may be needed if there is any infection near the wisdom tooth.

Multi factorial : Strained muscles from opening  wide, swelling, and stress are all reasons you may have headaches after this procedure. Any meds used may also contribute.
Take your post op pain meds and if things don't get better in a few days, call your surgeon!

Possibly if...: If any of the teeth are infected, it might result in a fever. Headaches are more likely to occur with erupting wisdom teeth.  However, in most cases, these two symptoms are probably unrelated. See a dentist to evaluate your symptoms from a dental standpoint and a physician, if necessary, regarding your headaches and fever.

Very possibly: Best to get some xrays to eliminate other possibilites like a bady decayed tooth which can also be the source.
