It's possible but...: Not directly and not usually, but there might be an association. If you get frequent headaches, don't assume it is related to your wisdom teeth. See your physician; it might be elevated blood pressure or something else. You should also see your dentist to evaluate your wisdom teeth (along with any other dental problems that might be causing your symptoms).

It's not uncommon...: ... For someone experiencing pain in their mouth, such as with wisdom teeth, to either clench their teeth together (to unconsciously relieve the pain) or to chew in a different area of the mouth (to avoid chewing on the painful area). Both of these habits can overwork a big fan-shaped muscle in the temple areas resulting in pain some call a "tension headache". Avoid clenching/chew normally/heat.
