Likely: Body postures for long time are likely fixed. Only an extensive orthopedic surgical correction with rods can help in young people. Physical therapy may help alleviate symptoms.

Most likely due to:: Stretching of the chest wall/sternal muscles that are weak, and I am sure if you continue to stretch them and they get stronger, this type of achiness would subside in a few weeks.
Do see you Doc to ensure its not some other cause, as for chest pains, its better to be examined by a Doc.

Yes, in infants.: Flat back of the head is called plagiocephaly.  The most common cause by far is babies laying on their backs.  "back to sleep" is the right thing to do as this clearly prevents sudden infant death syndrome.  Usually the flat head will self resolve with less time spent on the back, or helmeting can be considered if the problem is severe.

Lisp: Most often lisps are from improper tongue placement when a person speaks. Most of the time this can be corrected with speech therapy. Occasionally there are anatomical (parts of the mouth) that interfere or hardware (like lisp with braces or tongue piercing) in which case remove the hardware-voila! lisp can occur when someone has poor muscle tone, this is harder to correct with speech therapy.

Staged correction: For most cases, the child is taken to surgery where the defect is assessed for simple re-insertion & closure.In most, the abdominal wall is too tight so a silo, or toothpaste tube like structure is sown above the belly to protect the exposed gut.It is covered with antiseptic material. It is stitched up gradually  over subsequent days to squeeze the gut back into the belly for closure.
