Out toeing: This is usually caused by the bones not doing enough or too much of something as they were developing. Unless it is severe orthotics in your shoes will help. Seek the help of a podiatrist . Good luck !

Out-toeing: Out-toeing can be genetic or caused through development when younger. It can occur from either the hips or the lower legs or even at the feet. There is no immediate need to "correct" this presentation unless there is pain, instability, or hinders the person's way of living.
