Get organized!: Make a daily food, water, and physical activity planner. Be accounatble for everything you put in your mouth. Build up to 10-12 glasses of water daily. Eat protein at every meal. Lots of veggies, lean protein, and good fats. Minimize extra carbs, nothing white! no alcohol until you reach your normal weight. Eat a good protein breakfast and eat multiple meals.
Exercise daily 40 minutes. Sleep 8 hrs.

Girth - yes: In girth - yes. Most males stop growing taller by around age 18 and for most girls it is around 16 to 17 years old. However, this varies – especially if the person entered puberty late.

Dont overdo it: The key is to be consistent
if you sustain an injury you will not be able
to exercise for awhile
i believe in hard/ easy days for exercise
ie/ after a hard workout, do a very mild workout the next day to allow for recovery.
