Tinnitus: You need to get with an otolaryngologist. Ringing in the ears is common and if it is of new onset it may be treatable / have a cause identified. Even if it is something with which you must learn to live (as sadly it often is), there are treatments that can help you reprogram yourself so it bothers you less. This requires sub-subspecilalist consultation. Good luck.

i have an almost constant buzzing in my ears. i read somewhere that it is a symptom of menopause. how can i treat this, it bothers my hearing. ?

? tinnitus: You may be describing tinnitus (constant ringing in ears)  please have a thorough physical with blood pressure check.  Any history of chronic Aspirin use or other chronic med usage--any history of loud noise exposure--certain foods--coffee or alcoholic beverages may make worse.  Sometimes this condition is also worsened when tired. 
Some high frequency hearing loss may be associated.  See ENT dr.

Possible: Sounds like it is fluid in your ears, however that does not mean infection. Do you have a fever?  Try decongestant, water and lemon drops.  If fever develops or if symptoms worsen or do not resolve in a few days get checked.

You most likely have tinnitus,a condition which can have many different causes,ranging from noise trauma to medications.In view of the wide range of causes, you will need to be seen by at least an ENT specialist, an audiologist as well as a neurologist.The cause can be difficult to pinpoint, but tinnitus can be managed by various different forms of therapy.

i have had eustachian tube dysfunction for over a month with constant ringing/buzzing in my ears and periods of pressure. does this ever go away?

Eustachian Tube Prob: Yes, eustachian tube dysfunction varies with the amount of swelling of the membranes lining the tube. Irritants, like acid reflux, allergies and changes in the weather are common reasons for eustachian tube dysfunction. A recent head cold leads the list.

Try to gently clear your ears by blowing your nose with your mouth closed. This should not hurt - if it does you are blowing too hard.

following combined approach tympanoplasty i have a constant ringing and buzzing in my ear, also i was born with a celf palate/lip, will the graft heal?

Likely: Rule #1 following ANY surgery:  when you have ANY questions, call your surgeon.  He/she WANTS to know how you are doing and will be very willing to answer your questions.

The ringing immediately postop is likely due to fluid/blood in the middle ear and will most likely resolve.

The cleft palate/lip history will not affect the tympanoplasty success rate.

i constantly keep hearing a buzzing sound in my head like a fly buzzing a fly hit my ear and since i have panicked what could this mean?

Stress or BUG: You may be stressed over the incident and can not get the sound of a buzzing fly out of your head, or the fly could be in your ear canal?  I would expect you would be able to know the difference, but bugs in the ear canal are unfortunately common and may need to be removed by the Doctor.  Good luck.
