For the past 3 or 4 days i've had an almost constant buzz in my ears with slight pressure..with mild head cold symptoms...could it be an ear infection?

Possible: Sounds like it is fluid in your ears, however that does not mean infection. Do you have a fever? Try decongestant, water and lemon drops. If fever develops or if symptoms worsen or do not resolve in a few days get checked.
