I have been having constant buzzing noise in my ear for about 9 / 10 months now which sometimes leads to headaches and and problem with concentration, i don't have blood pressure problems but i cannot continue to feel this why what shoud i do?

Need testing: Noise in the head/ear also called tinnitus has many ear and brain potential causes. Good idea to get a hearing test and a thorough look at the ear as well as brain function. Worst case might be a brain tumor or mass or serious process in the ear which needs to be ruled out. More simple and easy to alleviate cause could even be wax in the ear canal. After 9/10 months-get it checked out!
