Not sure: The main ingredients, melatonin, valerian root, chamomile, lemon balm, hops are not associated with constipation. However if you notice a reaction in yourself using this, then it may be so for you. Supplements by definition are not tested the same for safety, efficacy and side effects as prescription or OTC drugs. If you get benefit from the somnapure, try adding fiber or a stool softener to help.

Probably not: Pregnancy tests are very accurate and will be positive within 7-10 days from ovulation.  However, you risk pregnancy with any unprotected sex and depoprovera only reliable for three months.  Return of menses coming off depoprovera can be erratic.  See your doctor to evaluate.

Many options.: There are many options over the counter for it. It is suggested to drink plenty of water. At least 8 glasses of water a day. Make sure to eat plenty of fiber including fruits and vegetables. They even make fiber tablets which you can take. They also make over the counter medications for constipation such as MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) which should be used as directed. See a physician for appropriate treatment and rec.

A "severe" headache (as in this case), recurrent or weird headache, or one with other worrisome symptoms should be examined by a doctor.
