Not on this forum: Start over and try a private consultation, our premium service in the US and Mexico. Doctors see you on video via smartphone, tablet, or laptop. You can send in photos or test results.. Private consultations have a fee, either self-paid or paid by an employer. The fee is the same REGARDLESS of whether or not the doctor thinks you should get a prescription without an in-person exam. (Apr. 2020)
